Remote-first, async by default
Overlap a few hours a day, use writing for the rest. Deep-work time is protected on purpose.
Weekly ship cadence
Something visible ships every week, even if it’s small. Big rewrites live behind flags and land in slices.
No meetings-only days
Two calendar days a week are meeting-free for everyone. If it can be a doc, it’s a doc.
Open roles
We’re not actively hiring right now, but we always love hearing from thoughtful builders — engineers, designers, and writers alike. Send a note with what you’ve shipped lately and what you’d want to work on.
