Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

Every first payment on a Pro plan — monthly or quarterly — is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If Tailr Pro isn’t right for you, request a refund within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.

The guarantee applies to the first payment you make on a plan: the $2.49 trial fee, the first $24.95 monthly charge after a trial converts, or the first $47.85 quarterly charge. The 7 days run from the date of that charge. Later renewals are not covered by the guarantee — cancel before they happen instead (see section 3).

2. The $2.49 trial and automatic renewal

The $2.49 four-day trial converts automatically to $24.95/month at the end of the trial unless cancelled before it ends.

The trial fee is charged when you start the trial. On day 4 your subscription renews at $24.95 per month and keeps renewing monthly until you cancel. The quarterly plan is billed $47.85 every 3 months and also renews automatically until you cancel. Every plan can be cancelled at any time.

3. How to cancel

Go to Dashboard → Billing → Cancel (also reachable via the “Manage billing” button on your Settings page, or directly at /dashboard/billing). One click confirms it — no email or phone call required.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep Pro until then, and you are not charged again. Cancelling during the trial stops the $24.95/month renewal from ever being charged. Outside the 7-day guarantee window there are no partial-period refunds for time left on a plan.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@resume-tailr.com from the email address on your Tailr account with the subject “Refund request”. Sending it from your account email is how we verify the request; no other proof is needed.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer. A refunded subscription is cancelled at the same time.

5. What is not refundable

• Signature credit purchases are one-time and non-refundable once used.
• Renewal payments outside the 7-day window. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
