D&G is seeking a Senior Data Analyst Team Lead to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A) Improving Performance Management, Data Analysis, and Evaluation (IPMDE) contract. The IPMDE contract strengthens I&A's ability to make data-driven performance and resource decisions by establishing and maintaining an integrated performance framework, expanding dashboards, data visualization, and analytical capabilities, and enhancing organizational awareness of performance. This is a hands-on technical leadership position. The successful candidate will serve as the senior data analytics practitioner and technical lead for the program while concurrently performing Program Manager responsibilities. The position requires demonstrated senior-level experience in Python, data extraction and transformation, data analytics, data visualization, and organizational performance analysis; program management experience alone is not sufficient. What You Will Do • Lead and perform advanced data analytics across operational, management, intelligence production, customer feedback, and organizational performance datasets to identify trends, relationships, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights and recommendations for Government leadership. • Develop and maintain Python-based data solutions to extract, parse, clean, transform, integrate, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
