Position Summary ISI Professional Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager Level II to provide Owner's Representative project management support to the Engineering and Design Division (EAD) for a DoD client. The PM2 will manage projects through the preconstruction lifecycle, beginning with customer requirements and project initiation and continuing through planning, design development, construction solicitation, and contractor selection. The PM2 will coordinate customers, Government stakeholders, technical subject matter experts, and architect-engineer (A/E) contractors to develop complete, coordinated, code-compliant, constructible, and solicitation-ready project packages. Construction-phase management is performed by other project managers; however, the EAD PM2 may provide limited post-award continuity by helping clarify RFIs, submittals, and design
