About this role
Shift: Full Time/ 40 Hours/Evenings- evening shifts and every other weekend on the AM shift. evening shifts, the schedule is 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM. Monday through Friday, the every other weekend is 7:00 am-7:30 pm sat/sun. The Clinical Customer Service Representative works as the central point of contact on the care unit for patients, families, visitors and members of the health care team. This is a fast-paced position that requires professional, friendly and efficient performance of the daily duties. Qualifications: · High School Diploma or equivalent. · Minimum of 6 months in healthcare or office setting · Substantial interpersonal skills are needed to interact with patients, families and medical staff. · Ability to initiate and build positive relationships following Johns Hopkins Customer Service standards. · Proficiency with Microsoft Word, proficiency with presentation and spreadsheet software preferred. · Ability to learn and incorporate a variety of clinical and administrative automated systems and software into daily work duties. Salary Range: Minimum 17.99/hour - Maximum 20.88/hour. C
