The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Administrative Assistant serves as a trusted partner to executives while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Essential Functions • Manage executive calendars, schedules, and appointments • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, presentations, and special events • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes • Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally • Maintain confidential records, files, and sensitive business information • Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, and external vendors • Track deadlines, action items, and follow-up tasks for executive leadership • Assist with expense reports, budgeting support, and invoice processing • Organize and maintain office systems and administrative procedures • Support strategic projects and operational initiatives as assigned • Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism Education and/or Experience • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum 3–5 years of executive or senior administrative support experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities • Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills Total Rewards The referenced base salary range represents the low and high end of Chesapeake Specialty Care salary range for this position.
