About the Job Stage Front is seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant / FP&A Analyst who is interested in developing into a future finance leader. This role blends technical accounting responsibilities with meaningful exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic decision support. The ideal candidate possesses strong familiarity with GAAP, an analytical mindset, and a desire to connect financial results to business performance within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This position also provides opportunities to mentor junior staff and contribute to key finance initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities • Develop financial models, business cases, and ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making. • Prepare management reporting packages, dashboards, and executive presentations. • Play a key role in month-end and year-end close processes. • Prepare and analyze journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules. • Ensure the accuracy of revenue recognition and related accounting activities. • Support audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements. • Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency. • Partner with Finance leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning. • Analyze company performance, event profitability, and key business metrics. • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization to support business objectives. • Mentor and review the work of junior accounting team members. • Assist with training, onboarding, and process development initiatives. • Lead spec
