About this role

Adecco is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a client company in York, PA. Pay $19/hour Schedule Monday-Friday Overtime required based on business needs Training Schedule (First 2-3 Weeks): 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM 30-minute lunch Regular Schedule After Training 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM 1-hour lunch Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in an office, call center, manufacturing, construction, building products, or related environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience managing multiple customer requests, orders, or projects simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and data entry. Ability to work overtime as needed. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email. Process orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer requests and order status. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. Pay Details $19.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
