What You'll Do • Connect with homeowners who have already shown interest in a Jacuzzi bath remodel. • Follow up on leads and guide potential customers through the next step in our process. • Schedule design consultations and help keep the sales pipeline moving. • Learn how to confidently handle objections and set appointments. • Play a key role in helping BathWorks grow. What We're Looking For • Strong communication skills and a positive, professional phone presence. • A self-motivated, competitive mindset. • Someone who enjoys working toward goals and being rewarded for results. • Ability to commute to our Byron Center office. • Availability for one of the following consistent schedules: • • Monday - Friday - 11:30am-8:00pm • Sunday - Thursday - 10:00am-6:30pm • Sales, customer service, or call center experience is helpful, but not required.
