About this role

Job Description Location: Frisco, TX | North Palm Beach, FL | Toronto, ON |(Hybrid) In this position, you'll be based in one of the listed office locations for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with business leaders and operational stakeholders to transform data into meaningful insights that drive business outcomes. This is a highly visible role that offers direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape how data and analytics are used across the business. You'll work in a collaborative environment where your recommendations and insights can directly influence operational performance and strategic decision-making. A role you will love As a Data Analyst - Operational Performance, you'll partner closely with Operations leaders and executive stakeholders to turn data into insight and action. This role goes beyond standard reporting. You'll anticipate business needs, identify trends, and develop dashboards and analyses that support operational efficiency and decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, uncovering trends within complex data sets, and delivering actionable recommendations that help teams improve performance. Other Key Responsibilities Include • Designing, building, and maintaining dashboards and scorecards focused on operational performance, efficiency, volume, quality, service levels, and capacity • Creating scalable reporting solutions using Power BI and other reporting tools • Analyzing large and complex data
