Position Summary The ideal candidate is a highly organized, technically versatile, and effective communicator who can work across project management, IT support, software development, and DevOps. This individual should be comfortable translating business needs into technical solutions, coordinating projects and priorities, supporting users and systems, and collaborating across the organization to improve technology and operational efficiency. This position is a mixture of Project Management, IT Support, Software Development and DevOps 1. Internal Technical Support & Communications Serve as a first point of contact and communications resource for employees experiencing technical or operational issues at MT Newswires headquarters and among remote staff. The role will help document issues, coordinate with the appropriate technical resources when escalation is required, and ensure employees receive clear and timely communication regarding issue status and resolution. 2. New Feature Communication & Rollout Support the Engineering team in gathering internal feedback and communicating new product features, tools, and technology enhancements throughout the organization. 3. News Feed & Technical Issue Coordination Support the coordination and communication of technical issues affecting MT Newswires' news feeds and delivery systems, including platforms and tools such as EditPad, FTP, and other internal or external distribution channels.
