Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in Windsor Mill, MD. The Graphic Designer and Production Supervisor will create and prepare memorial designs, including layouts, inscriptions, and artwork, ensuring they meet client specifications and company quality standards. This role will oversee production workflows, coordinate with manufacturing staff, and monitor schedules to ensure timely completion of orders. Daily responsibilities include reviewing customer requests, translating concepts into accurate designs, preparing files for engraving or fabrication, and inspecting finished products for accuracy and quality. The position also involves collaborating with sales staff and customer service representatives to clarify design details, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication throughout the production process. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong graphic design skills, including CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop, with experience creating clear, detailed layouts for physical products. • Candidates should possess typography-related skills, including Typography, with the ability to select and arrange lettering for inscriptions that are legible, aesthetically pleasing, and appropriate for memorials. • Experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar)
