YSI is seeking a Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master that will support the tolling modernization program by managing project planning, risk mitigation, scheduling, cross-team coordination, and deliverable tracking for the new microservices architecture. This role will focus primarily on traditional project management for the next several months while gradually assuming Scrum Master responsibilities as Agile teams mature. The individual must be a self-starter who thrives in technical environments, collaborates effectively with engineers, and champions improvements to processes, communication, and reporting. As new technology and services will be deployed a key component will be to ensure a complete set of requirements are documented up front for each division. In addition, this role will need to facilitate and support the divisions to identify changes in current processes needed to streamline activities and take full advantage of the new technology available from the selected Banking partner.
