Purpose of the role To deliver accurate financial reporting, forecasting and commercial insight that supports business performance, informed decision-making and profitable growth. Working closely with operational, commercial and senior leadership teams, the Senior Management Accountant will drive financial control, continuous improvement and value-adding analysis across the business The day to day • To adhere to the Camira Code of Conduct and comply with all relevant quality, environmental, health & safety, data protection, and corporate legislative requirements • Lead the month-end reporting process, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of management accounts and associated reporting. • Prepare and review monthly financial reporting packs, delivering insight, commentary and recommendations to senior stakeholders. • Manage and maintain the integrity of the general ledger through accurate journal postings, reconciliations and financial controls. • Deliver detailed variance analysis across revenue, margins, expenditure and profitability, identifying key risks and opportunities. • Manage cash flow reporting and forecasting, providing visibility of current and future financial requirements. • Support the annual budgeting, forecasting and re-forecasting processes, challenging assumptions and improving forecast accuracy. • Act as a trusted finance business partner to operational, commercial and sales teams, supporting informed decision-making and business performance. • Deliver value-adding commercial analysis across areas including profitability, pricing, commissions, margins and cost performance. • Develop and enhance financial and operational KPI reporting to support strategic and
