How you’ll make an impact • Meet with homeowners to deliver engaging presentations on our energy-efficient home remodeling products and services. • Learn POWER’s proven sales process through ongoing training and coaching. • Build meaningful relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending personalized solutions. • Collaborate with teammates and mentors to continuously improve your sales approach. • Develop communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills that prepare you for long-term career growth.
