Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Part Time Customer Service Representative to join our team! A flexible schedule and ability to work Saturdays is required. Responsibilities • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and service-related questions in a clear and professional manner • Handle customer concerns or complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills to ensure satisfaction • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM systems using Microsoft Office tools • Support outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries or promote new services or products • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client communication and support across channels • Manage cash handling procedures when applicable, ensuring accuracy and security during transactions Requirements • Fluency in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases • Prior experience in customer support, call centers, or client services is preferred • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally • Demonst
