Responsibilities Deliver closed won sales and drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients Prospect and qualify new leads through multiple channels including inbound MQLs, outbound calls, and social media Build and leverage a pipeline of at least 3X sales target Qualify opportunities using sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and BANT Deliver tailored product presentations that highlight value and impact Provide accurate forecasting of deals in the pipeline each month and quarter Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and records Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BDMs, marketing, and product teams Requirements Fluent in Arabic and English Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field 3+ years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales Proven success in lead generation and closing new businesses Knowledge of sales frameworks like MEDDPICC and methodologies such as Insight Selling, Challenger Sale, or SPIN Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce Local presence in the specific geography and cultural understanding Ability to travel to attend conferences, events, and client sites Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in additional languages Experience in fast-growing, fast-paced environments
