Product ManagerWe are seeking a Product Manager as part of our Consultant, Business & Product Delivery career path to support the modernization of legacy processes and systems through the delivery of modern, user-centered digital products and services. The Product Manager will support multiple digital products and initiatives, partnering with multidisciplinary teams of software developers, UX designers, subject matter experts, and customer stakeholders. This role will drive product strategy and roadmaps, manage product backlogs and Agile delivery, use analytics and stakeholder feedback to inform product decisions, and communicate product vision and performance to stakeholders and senior leadership. This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work expected 1–3 days on site in Washington DC and the remainder remote. Regular availability is required during 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET.At Fearless, this Consultant role requires versatility and collaboration across teams and stakeholders to maximize value delivery and adoption. The role ensures alignment of product strategy with client goals, facilitates agile ceremonies and continuous improvement, and provides critical business and functional analysis to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions. This role will possess and/or develop the skills to be able to span the domains of product management, scrum leadership, and business analyst at a practical application level of proficiency.
