Job Summary This position can be located in either New York NY, Washington DC, Baltimore MD, Philadelphia PA, or Baltimore MD. The Senior Program Manager - Quality Management is responsible for leading the Project Quality Management function within the Quality Management & Training (QM&T) Unit supporting the successful delivery of infrastructure capital projects through the implementation of quality governance, quality assurance, quality oversight, and continuous improvement practices. The QM&T team is part of a centralized project services department providing subject matter expertise and project support to the Amtrak Capital Delivery organization (CAPD).
