Position Overview: The Associate, Customer Account is a key member of the Account Management team, supporting Account Directors and Account Managers in achieving annual sales objectives through customer account support, distributor coordination, and systems administration. Responsibilities: Sales Contract Administration, Account Team Support & Systems Management (50% of Role) • Administer sales contracts ensuring dates, lead times, pricing, funding amounts, terms, and approvals are complete and accurate. • Maintain customer forms, item data, product attributes, UPCs, dimensions, pricing information, and customer item management records. • Support item setup and maintena
