The Role We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Product, to support strategic priorities for the Consumer Product (CDX) leadership team. CDX owns some of the most critical platforms at Capital One. Our diverse portfolio spans the Capital One mobile app, advanced marketing and personalization engines, AI-driven platforms that transform how we build software, and essential enterprise risk and supplier capabilities. The Senior Manager will join a horizontal product and strategy team that supports priorities across CDX. The product and strategy team serves as an internal engine for both vision and strategic alignment. We are builders: we act as an innovation lab, developing prototypes and partnering closely with product and engineering teams to set the product direction for our core platforms and customers. We also operate with the rigor of top-tier consulting to solve the organization’s hardest strategic questions and define our long-term priorities. The Senior Manager will: • Lead whitespace product development, with a focus on AI-enabled customer experiences • Partner closely with design and engineering peers to set product vision and technical roadmaps • Stay up-to-date on product trends and technology capabilities • Partner with CDX leaders to answer thorny product questions, leveraging deep technical knowledge and external trends • Support the organization’s intelligence unit, providing
