About this role
Role Overview: This position oversees ambulatory clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, safety, and compliance. Key Responsibilities • Implement best practice models and standards across multiple locations. • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and resolve concerns. • Monitor resource utilization, equipment, supplies, and medications. • Provide clinical supervision, delegate tasks, and perform clinical duties as needed. • Lead team development by offering training, coaching, and fostering collaboration. • Manage daily operations, ensuring policies are followed, and drive performance improvements. • Oversee ambulatory workflows, compliance, budgeting, and human resources activities. • Develop strategic partnerships, manage projects, and lead quality and safety initiatives. • Identify issues, develop improvement strategies, and monitor performance metrics. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) with at least 3 years of experience in healthcare operations or related fields. • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role and patient/customer service experience. • Basic Life Support certification required. • RN license required within specified states within 6 months of hire; multistate licensure or compact license preferred. This role is essential for managing clinical teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving patient-centered operations in a pediatric, obstetrics, or maternal-fetal medicine setting.
