About this role
Overview: This role is for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a Surgical Unit. Key Responsibilities • Utilize the nursing process for holistic, family-centered patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. • Accurately collect, verify, and organize patients' health information. • Deliver direct patient care under supervision, supporting high standards of care. • Conduct thorough assessments of critical care patients and ensure timely documentation. • Support continuous evaluation and detailed planning of patient care. • Facilitate patient hand-offs and assist patients throughout their care journey. • Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams in a teamwork-focused environment. • Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills, embracing feedback. • Provide compassionate, professional, and flexible patient care with emotional intelligence. Qualifications & Skills • Graduate of an accredited nursing school. • Current Montana RN license. • BLS certification (within 6 months of hire). • Preferred: 1+ year of RN experience.
