Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from pre-construction through final completion. This position is responsible for coordinating schedules, subcontractors, materials, inspections, budgets, and quality-control activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications. Key Responsibilities • Manage residential construction projects from planning through final walkthrough and closeout. • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans. • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field personnel, inspectors, and property owners. • Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project requirements. • Schedule labor, material deliveries, equipment, inspections, and subcontractor activities. • Monitor job-site progress and resolve scheduling, quality, and coordination issues. • Conduct regular site visits and verify that work meets plans, specifications, building codes, and company standards. • Track project expenses, purchase orders, invoices, change orders, and budget performance. • Obtain and coordinate required permits and inspections. • Identify potential delays or cost overruns and develop corrective action plans. • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, photographs, and change records. • Communicate project status, delays, selections, and outstanding decisions to clients and company leadership. • Enforce job-site safety requirements and maintain clean, organized work areas. • Manage project punch lists, final inspections, owner walkthroughs, and warranty items. • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and local officials.
