About this role
You Are: You are a customer-focused, relationship-driven professional who is passionate about helping customers achieve meaningful business outcomes. A collaborative team player, you work effectively across Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Support to deliver an outstanding customer experience and contribute to customer retention and growth. The Work: • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and serve as the primary post-sale relationship owner. • Drive customer onboarding, adoption, engagement, and long-term success. • Develop success plans and conduct regular business reviews aligned to customer goals. • Monitor account health, proactively mitigate risk, and execute retention strategies. • Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales on renewals and growth. • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback with Product and cross-functional teams. • Track customer outcomes, adoption metrics, and key performance indicators to drive value realization. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Basic Qualifications: • A minimum of three years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
