About this role
What We Are Looking For Aldridge is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic and energetic Utility team in the Washington D.C. area. This role will work collaboratively with the project team to ensure that a quality project is produced safely, on time, and within budget. What You’ll Do • Promote safe job sites • Pre-job planning • Cost and labor tracking • Document control (material submittals, RFIs, change orders, etc.) • Procuring material and tools • Coordination of subcontractors • Contract compliance Who You Are • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management, other related major, or equivalent construction/Union trade background • Internships or other relevant work experience • Strong work ethic • Problem solving and critical thinking skills • Ability to prioritize and manage time • Excellent communication • Willing to travel Who We Are At Aldridge, we invite you to be a part of our dynamic team, where your skills are not only valued but crucial to our success.
