Job Overview As an At Your Service Center Colleague, you are at the heart of delivering a seamless and personalized shopping experience. You’ll support all At Your Service activities, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and other assigned tasks - all while upholding Macy’s service standards. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility is key, including working a variety of shifts such as nights, weekends, and holidays. This role goes far beyond just being a cashier. Here, the customer is at the heart of everything we do - every day, all day.
