As a Project Manager in Sales Performance Management (SPM), lead large-scale SPM transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong techno-functional leader with expertise in business requirements gather and project management, enterprise delivery across global teams along with functional knowledge of SPM tools. Your Key Responsibilities • In this role, you will lead project management, requirements design and QA of SPM platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability across enterprise environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and global delivery centers to deliver high-quality solutions. Your responsibilities will include: • Lead end-to-end delivery of SPM programs across planning, execution, and stabilization • Manage global onshore/offshore teams and drive program governance and executive reporting • Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and define solution roadmap • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications • Oversee SPM implementations, integrations, and enhancements • Define and manage test strategy, UAT, and defect management • Engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment • Support innovation initiatives includin
