Position Summary The company is seeking an experienced Customer Support & Shipping Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing customer interaction, order processing, and logistics coordination. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer support, shipping and transportation management, and business software systems. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for customers while ensuring orders are processed accurately and shipped efficiently. What You'll Do Customer Support• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email. • Assist customers with product information, order status updates, and troubleshooting. • Build positive relationships through professional and timely communication. • Resolve customer issues with a focus on creating outstanding customer experiences. Order Processing & Administration• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. • Enter and manage order information within ERP and e-commerce systems. • Maintain accurate customer and order records. • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Shipping & Logistics• Coordinate shipments using UPS, FedEx, LTL freight carriers, and other transportation providers. • Compare shipping options and rates to control costs and improve efficiency. • Manage domestic and inter
