Description Saliense is now hiring a Lead Software Developer to lead the design and development of complex software solutions on our program at the Office of Naval Research in Arlington, VA. This is a position that is 100% onsite (5 days/week at the ONR in Arlington). This position requires a Secret clearance to be able to start work. US or Naturalized Citizenship are a requirement for eligibility. The responsibilities for this Lead Full Stack Developer will include: • Defining and implementing software architecture and design patterns that meet business needs and technical requirements. • Evaluating and recommending tools, technologies, and processes to improve development efficiency and product quality. • Writing high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code. Leading by example, ensuring that code reviews and quality assurance practices are adhered to. • Identifying and resolving complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs. • Optimizing software for performance, scalability, and security. • Will work clo
