About this role
A client in the Washington, DC area is looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join their team. This person will be working on a small team responsible for streamlining HR business processes for a government customer. In this position, you will work directly with the government customer to analyze business process and make recommendations for process improvement. Required Skills & Experience • 2+ years of Experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or administrative role supporting a government customer • Advanced Excel experience including pivot tables and v-lookups • Strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to work with end users to gather data • Experience building dashboards with PowerBI, PowerAutomate, or MS Forms OR Python or SQL scripting experience • Bachelor's degree or higher (will consider experience in lieu of degree for a total of 6 YOE) Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Higher education in a Business or Math related field • Experience supporting DOJ Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
