About this role
Requirements • You bring 8+ years in Data Analytics or Data Science, deep experience in the Marketing domain, and a track record of leading people and projects ,• You're fluent in the craft and exceptional at stakeholder management, influence, and storytelling ,• Experience: 8+ years in Data Analytics, Data Science, or a similar role with substantial hands-on work, with at least 3+ years in the marketing domain. Experience in SaaS and/or PLG background is a plus ,• Hands-on technical leadership: 2+ years of experience guiding and mentoring a team of analysts while remaining a strong practitioner yourself — still able to dive into important projects and guide the team's technical work, not just direct it ,• Stakeholder partnership: direct experience working with senior leaders; able to translate strategy into measurement and execution, and to partner across functions to keep a connected, business-wide view ,• Technical toolkit: advanced SQL on large datasets, strong BI and visualization skills, solid statistics and experimentation fundamentals, and familiarity with causal inference. Comfortable with the tactical underpinnings — data integrations, attribution logic, conversion loops, and LTV modeling.
