About The Role Range is seeking a Business Operations Manager to help execute the company's most important cross-functional initiatives as we scale. You'll drive key work streams across the company's highest-priority projects: the ones that are too large, too ambiguous, or too cross-cutting for any single function to carry alone. Business Operations owns a rotating portfolio of high-priority projects end-to-end, including scoping the problem, driving execution across teams, and handing the result off to a permanent functional owner once it's running. As a Manager on the team, you'll be the engine behind that execution: building project plans, tracking progress, pulling together the right people, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. It's a role for someone early in their career who is highly organized, energized by ambiguity, and eager to learn the whole business quickly. This role is based at Range's Headquarters in McLean
