About this role

We have immediate openings for entry-level customer service specialists to handle documentation and basic inquiries on short-term mandates. If you are professional, accurate with data entry, and seeking work that fits your schedule, this is the perfect opportunity to learn the fundamentals of client support. Your responsibilities: - receive and process basic inbound emails, manage filing, and perform routine administrative tasks related to customer accounts. - accurately perform data entry related to order processing, service cancellations, or new client setup in the crm system. - strictly follow company guidelines for creating summary notes and closing out simple support tickets. - assist senior customer service agents by gathering necessary account information or retrieving historical data from the system. - maintain a polite, helpful, and professional demeanor in all internal and external communications. location: Richmond, VA work hours: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM dress code: Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
