Inova Alexandria Hospital is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Labor and Delivery Unit. This role will be full-time Night shift 3x12 hour shifts per week, 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Inova Women's Health delivers world-class care that enhances well-being at every stage of adulthood. Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities: • Provides safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care in a patient- and family-centered manner. • Performs thorough patient assessments, interprets data, and identifies care priorities. • Develops and implements individualized plans of care to achieve optimal patient outcomes. • Evaluates patient progress, anticipates changes, and adjusts care plans accordingly. • Coordinates care and discharge planning with the healthcare team and community resources. • Advocates for patients’ rights and ensures their needs and preferences are respected. • Maintains accurate and timely documentation in compliance with standards. • Collabor
