About this role

• Preferred remote-work locations include the following metro areas: Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Phoenix, Denver, and Seattle.** Summary Description Syntiant Corp., a leader in the high-growth AI software and semiconductor solutions space, is looking for an experienced and talented Senior Software Engineer to take on a critical role with expansive responsibilities in the Modeler team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own and train audio models to run on edge devices. You will be responsible for ensuring the models run to spec and meet the customer needs. Ultimately, you will get the opportunity to apply machine learning in real world applications and see your work driving the latest edge AI devices. Requirements Qualifications, Education, and Experience Required: • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field or equivalent experience • 3+ years developing and deploying ML models for audio applications. • Strong C++ and Python experience. • Experience with ML frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch). • Experience working in large, complex codebases. • Experience with Embedded Linux. • U.S. Citizen required. Active security clearance or eligibility to get one is preferred.
