We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented professional who enjoys uncovering insights, solving complex problems, and partnering with business leaders to drive informed decision-making. In this role, you'll transform data from multiple sources into powerful analytics solutions, develop intuitive dashboards and visualizations, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and impactful. If you have experience with SQL, Power BI, Databricks, and Azure data technologies and enjoy translating complex findings into actionable business recommendations, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities: • Gather, clean and transform data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and quality. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data findings effectively. • Interpret results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation to more general statistical analysis. • Work with data architects, engineers and other analysts to translate data and business rules into enterprise data models that can be used for a wide range of reporting and analytics. • Act as the primary point of contact and data expert for a section of business to identify how data is being used, help identify new changing data needs, and identify opportunities for improvement. • Educate and mentor business users on performing self-service analytics, visualizations, and re
