About this role
Job Summary As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, you’ll help customers find solutions, answer questions, and complete transactions through clear, attentive service. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, support sales conversations, and keep customer records accurate. Your impact: By resolving customer concerns and communicating next steps clearly, you help customers make informed decisions and enjoy a smoother service experience. Responsibilities • Deliver responsive customer service and client support by phone and other available channels. • Identify customer needs, explain relevant products or services, and support sales and outbound calling. • Use active listening, customer service problem-solving, and sound judgment to address questions or route complex issues. • Complete data entry, typing, transaction records, and cash handling accurately. • Maintain organized records and use Microsoft Office and other computer tools to support daily work. Requirements • Strong English communication skills, including clear phone etiquette, client communication, and professional writing. • Customer service, client services, or call center experience is helpful; sales experience is also valued. • Comfortable with phone communication, typing, data entry, and routine computer tasks; technical proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred. • Demonstrated organizational, analysis, and customer service problem-solving skills. • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are welcome; additional languages are a plus. Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule • On-the-job training • Paid time off Work Location: In person
