Shipping and Service Support Specialist Nationwide Paramedical Company We are a leading nationwide paramedical company seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our support team. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates looking to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Position Overview: The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and possesses strong communication and analytical skills. Candidates must be computer literate and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities: • Professionally manage incoming customer inquiries via phone. • Identify and assess caller needs to ensure proper resolution. • Review daily reports and follow-up with branch offices if needed. • Manage incoming and outgoing kit inventory. • Must be able to handle heavy inbound email and phones. Preferred Qualifications: • Previous customer service experience is a plus. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
