Remote Sales Representative Annual Compensation • Part-Time (25–30 hrs/week): $30,000–$60,000+ • Full-Time (30–35 hrs/week): $80,000–$180,000+ • Partner Track: $200,000–$500,000+ This position entails extensive training, mentorship, leadership development, and uncapped income potential with a performance based compensation structure. Ideal applicants are individuals motivated not only by helping their clients but also motivated to develop themselves as leaders while striving to earn a multiple six figure income. About the Opportunity The Edson Agency, part of Symmetry Financial Group, helps families protect their homes and financial futures through mortgage protection, life insurance, retirement solutions, college savings strategies, and debt elimination programs. We work with warm, inbound, exclusive leads—no cold calling What You'll Do • Respond to client inquiries • Conduct phone and virtual appointments • Recommend and help clients apply for financial protection solutions • Follow a proven sales and leadership development system What You Need • Strong work ethic and growth mindset • Reliable internet, smartphone, and computer/tablet • Life & Health License (can be obtained after hire) No experience required. Ongoing training, mentorship, paid travel incentives, and leadership advancement available No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
