In this vital role you will embed complex, high-priority products and related product teams to accelerate Amgen’s adoption of the Digital Product Operating Model (DPOM), strengthen the product management capability, and help teams shift from output to outcome mindsets. Reporting to the Director, Product Management Catalysts, this individual contributor role will serve as a senior hands-on player-coach, partnering directly with Digital Product Managers, business leads, technology leads, data scientists, compliance and quality partners, adjacent product teams, product group leaders, and senior functional stakeholders.
