What You’ll Do As a Senior Accountant, you will take the lead on business accounting engagements, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of all work products. You will serve as a trusted technical resource for the team, applying your advanced accounting and tax knowledge to resolve challenges, guide decision‑making, and uphold firm standards. You will also play a key role in strengthening internal processes, enhancing workflow efficiency, and contributing to leadership initiatives that drive continuous improvement across the firm. Advanced Accounting & Tax • Perform and oversee client accounting matters, month‑end and year‑end close processes, payroll and other business reporting areas, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards. • Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and support schedules to ensure completeness and compliance. • Support the preparation of individual and business tax returns across a variety of entity types. • Lead GAAP and tax research on issues and apply findings to client‑specific situations. Client Leadership • Serve as a trusted accounting advisor for business clients, acting as a primary point of contact for questions and issues. •
