About the Role As an Experience Design Lead, you will translate research insights and strategic direction into tangible, experience concepts and prototypes. Working closely with strategists and researchers, you’ll develop solutions that help the world’s most innovative companies bring better products and services to life. You’ll support the development of journey maps, service blueprints, product ideas, and strategic narratives; and be responsible for the creation of interaction concepts, prototypes, and design solutions that bring strategy to life. In this role, your work will help bridge insight and implementation, turning human understanding into practical experience solutions that organizations can test, validate, and build. This is a collaborative role in a startup-paced environment where new processes are constantly being developed, tools are being tested, and teams work collaboratively across disciplines. You’ll work on client engagements from research through design delivery while helping shape the tools, artifacts, and design approaches that define AnswerLab’s experience design practice.
