A real design standard we can apply across every hub in the portfolio, with room for local flare in each market, instead of reinventing the wheel every time we open a new location. You'll work closely with our Real Estate team on everything from space planning and furniture selection to finishes, signage, and the small details most people never notice but absolutely feel. Remote | Post Falls, ID | Spokane, WA | Denver, CO | Portland, OR | Austin, TX Wage $100,000/year Benefits • 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision for employees • Annual review with raise option • 22 days Paid Time Off accrued annually, and 4 holidays • After 3 years, PTO increases to 29 days.
