Job Summary The Data Analyst will provide enterprise‑level analytical support by generating groupwide metrics, improving knowledge‑management processes, and ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems. The Analyst will develop data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to communicate insights clearly to non‑technical customers and stakeholders. This role supports a small team of Intel Analysts in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and requires the ability to operate independently with minimal guidance. Responsibilities Include: • Pull, compile, and analyze groupwide metrics to support leadership decision‑making • Identify data bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to streamline knowledge‑management workflows • Clean, standardize, and validate datasets from multiple sources • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel • Brief findings and trends to non‑technical customers, leadership, and stakeholders • Build analytical models to identify patterns, track performance, and forecast trends • Collaborate with Intel Analysts to translate operational needs into data‑driven insights • Maintain documentation of data sources, processes, and analytical methodologies • Operate effectively in a dynamic environment with shif
