WHY WE THINK YOU WILL LOVE THIS ROLE We are seeking a part-time (15-20 hours/week) Data Analyst Intern supporting the Global People Operations team. In this role you are a key player in supporting the data and analytics function by leveraging current technologies that propel the team into a data-driven organization, partnering with stakeholders to develop HR performance metrics, developing visualizations that drive insights, and supporting the HRIS function at a global level. With a focus on the employee life cycle, you will be responsible for data and reporting, transforming data into meaningful insights and creating visualizations that tell a story.
