This role offers the same sales-driven environment, training, and earning potential as our full-time Client Coordinator role, with a part-time schedule. About the Role: This is where the client journey begins. As a Part-Time Client Coordinator (Inbound Sales Representative), you'll be the first impression of Milan for prospective clients across the country. You'll connect with warm, high-intent leads-no cold calling-and guide them toward booking their first consultation. You'll work across phone, text, email, and chat, building quick connections, creating excitement, and helping clients feel confident starting their hair-free journey. This is a fast-paced, metric-driven sales role, where your performance directly impacts your earnings. You'll balance speed, accuracy, and exceptional service while delivering a standout client experience every time. Compensation: • Base Pay: $20.00 per hour • Total Cash Earnings: $22.85+ per hour with commission • Top Performers: $36.00+ per hour Schedule: • Part-time (16-22 hours per week) • 4-5 hour shifts • Mix of weekday and weekend shifts required Business Hours: • Monday-Friday: 7:30 AM - 10:30 PM • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 10:30 PM • Sunday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM Part-time roles are not eligible for full-time benefits.
