Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the initiation, planning, and execution of learning and development programs and initiatives, including live multi-day training events and virtual learning programs • Develop understanding of L&D processes, tools, and clients to effectively connect the dots, foster clear communication, and identify opportunities for improvement; proactively seek opportunities to improve processes, gain efficiencies, and better serve client needs • Direct a team of onshore and offshore resources in the execution of digital and local office training programs • Translate ambiguity and competing priorities into actionable next steps to drive projects forward • Establish overall project plans, inclusive of communication plan, project charter and RACI, and ensure overall scope and objectives are agreed to by the project team and appropriate leadership • Organize project assets, communications, and key information in a logical, accessible structure that enables project team members and stakeholders to quickly find, understand, and act on relevant information • Drive project execution, track status of all project components, manage change, and ensure ongoing stakeholder alignment, as well as anticipate and highlight risks/issues and
