Job Description: Parsons is seeking passionate, skilled, and experienced professionals to join a major program and construction management team supporting a Department of War customer in successfully delivering a significant construction program in the National Capital Region (Washington, DC). In our anticipated role, Parsons will provide Owner’s Agent Construction Management Services (CMa), including Program Management, Construction Management, Risk Management, Scheduling, Cost Estimating, Progress Reporting, Construction Quality Assurance, Safety, and other supporting services to achieve program success. The Project Manager serves as the Government's Owner's Representative, providing project management, technical oversight, and coordination throughout the planning, design, acquisition, construction, and closeout phases of complex federal construction and infrastructure projects. This position is responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk while coordinating with Government stakeholders, designers, contractors, and multidisciplinary construction management teams to ensure successful project execution. The Project Manager supports the Government in maintaining project accountability, resolving issues, and achieving program objectives in accordance with contract requirements, applicable regulations, and mission priorities.
