About this role
Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Operations Manager for a dynamic hotel environment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of the hotel Guest services and Housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold hospitality standards, and optimize financial results. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a diverse hospitality team in a fast-paced setting, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike. IHG Opera PMS system experience preferred. Responsibilities • Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments • Supervise and manage hospitality teams to ensure high standards of guest service and operational excellence • Implement and maintain hotel management systems such as Property Management Systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation platforms • Manage hospitality operations budgets, including revenue management, cost control, and financial reporting • Lead human resources functions such as staffing, training, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives • Ensure compliance with hotel guest service standards, safety protocols, and local regulations • Foster strong guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring memorable experiences for all visitors Skills • Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff • Proven experience overseeing daily hotel operations with a focus on hospitality management and customer service excellence • Supervisory experience managing hospitality teams in a resort or hotel setting • Strong background in revenue management, budgeting, and financial operations within the hospitality industry • Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, and multi-line phone systems • Excelle
